1. Overview
Goal Green World Pte Ltd (UEN 202009752D, “Goal Green World”, “we”, “us” and “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your Personal Data when you visit our website, communicate with us, or otherwise engage our painting and waterproofing services (collectively, the “Services”).
In this Privacy Policy “Personal Data” has the meaning given to it in the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”): data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access.
Please read this Privacy Policy to understand our policies and practices regarding your Personal Data and how we will handle it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree and consent to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information That Goal Green World Collects About You
We collect information about you (“Personal Data”):
- Directly from you when you provide it to us. When you submit an enquiry, request a quotation, engage our Services, make a payment, subscribe to a newsletter or otherwise contact us, we will ask for things like your name, contact details (including email address, phone number and property address), billing and payment information, and the details of the project you are asking us to work on, in order to fulfil your request. If you submit any Personal Data about other people to us (for example your spouse, tenant, landlord or management corporation), you are responsible for making sure that you have the authority to do so and to allow us to use their Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy (for example, by obtaining their consent).
- From third parties. We may obtain information about you through marketing partners and referrers (such as customers who refer you, advertising and marketing companies, and social media platforms) or other third parties (such as your management corporation, your landlord, publicly available business directories, or suppliers whose products you have asked us to install). This information can include, for example, your name, contact information and content that is publicly available.
- Automatically when you use our Services. We collect information about how you interact with our website, including information about your device (such as your IP address and other technical information about your device), the actions you take on our website, and through the use of cookies, pixel tags, web beacons and similar technologies (collectively, “cookies”). This includes analytics and advertising measurement tools such as Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings; our website continues to function if you do so, although some conveniences may not work.

We use analytics data from our website and from marketing partners to measure how well our advertising is working. Where required by law we will obtain your consent before sending you marketing communications, and you may withdraw that consent at any time (see Section 10).

- For legal, regulatory and compliance purposes. We may use Personal Data to comply with legal, regulatory or related obligations, including to protect our legal rights.
Legal basis for our use. Under the PDPA, we collect, use and disclose your Personal Data on one of the following bases: (a) with your consent (which may be given expressly or, where permitted by the PDPA, deemed by conduct such as voluntarily providing your Personal Data for an obvious purpose); (b) where the collection, use or disclosure is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; (c) where the collection, use or disclosure is required or authorised by law; or (d) where the PDPA otherwise permits (including where the collection, use or disclosure is in our legitimate interests and a reasonable person would consider it appropriate in the circumstances).
If we ask you to provide Personal Data to comply with a legal requirement or to perform a contract with you, we will make this clear at the time of collection. We will also tell you whether the requirement for that information is mandatory and explain any consequences to you if you do not provide the information.
Goal Green World is the data controller of all Personal Data collected through our website and Services. If you have questions about, or need further information concerning, the legal basis on which we collect and use your Personal Data for any specific processing activity, please contact us using the details provided under Section 14 (“How to Contact Us”).

We may retain your Personal Data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your Personal Data, the purposes for which we process your Personal Data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.
